About the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity with issue of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity in single form

(as amended on 18-10-2016)

The commission of the Customs union solved:

1. Approve the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity with issue of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity in single form (it is applied, further - the Single list).

2. Consider invalid the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance within the Customs union with issue of single documents, No. 319 approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010.

3. The certificates of conformity issued earlier in single form and the adopted declarations of conformity affect products for which the form of confirmation of conformity in the Single list is changed without renewal before the termination of term of their action. Change of marking of such products regarding drawing marks of conformity is not required.
