- to widows of the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 100000 (ten thousand) som;

- to persons awarded with awards and medals of the USSR for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 100000 (ten thousand) som;

- to the faces which underwent in days of the Great Patriotic War of illegal violent mobilization in working columns (trudarmiya) and subsequently rehabilitated - in the amount of 100000 (ten thousand) som.

Payment of annual supplementary one-time money allowance to the above-stated categories of citizens is made irrespective of the size of the received pensions, benefits, monetary compensations.

2. Determine that payment of annual supplementary one-time money allowance is performed from means of the republican budget.

3. Approve the enclosed Payment procedure of annual supplementary one-time money allowance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually to allocate to authorized state body in the sphere of social development money for payment of one-time money allowance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

5. In the sphere of social development to provide to authorized state body payment of annual supplementary one-time money allowance through district, city managements of social development according to the Procedure approved by Item 3 of this resolution.

6. To provide to the state company of Kyrgyzpochtasa under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic till May 1 of the current year timely delivery of payment of annual supplementary one-time money allowance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

7. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures of social support of veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" of January 28, 2010 No. 44.

Payment procedure of annual supplementary one-time money allowance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945

1. After completion of payment of money allowance of post office represent data and report to regional branches of the State company of Kyrgyzpochtasa and represent the generalized data to the State company of Kyrgyzpochtasa which reports to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. The authorized state body in the sphere of social development by August 1 of the current year submits in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic the report on payment of money allowance by areas and the cities.

9. In case of the death of the receiver of money allowance during the period from April 20 to May 31 the current year, the money allowance is paid to family members, jointly and constantly living (registered) with it on the date of his death, in case of their appeal to management of social development during 6-month term from the date of death. At the same time widows (widowers), and also family members shall submit the application in person to management of social development, with application of a copy of the death certificate for renewal of benefit for the name.

10. Payment of the money allowance appointed, but half-received on reasonable excuses is made till December 31 of the current year based on additional lists.
