1. These rules of the admission of foreign citizens and stateless persons to the state secrets of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) are developed according to item 4 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state secrets" and determine procedure for the admission of foreign citizens and stateless persons to the state secrets of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Foreign citizens and stateless persons are allowed to the state secrets of the Republic of Kazakhstan only within implementation of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan with observance of the requirements provided by the Rules of transfer of the state secrets and their carriers to foreign states and (or) the international organizations approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
