I. To Article 3.
The parties carry out works on creation of national reference databases on the single principles of scientific and methodical, information, linguistic and technical supply.
II. To Article 4.
From the Russian Federation the organization performing coordination of works on interstate exchange of legal information is the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation - the holder of the legal acts provided by Turkmenistan according to the Thematic list of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to interstate exchange without the publication right.
From Turkmenistan the organization performing coordination of works on interstate exchange of legal information is the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan.
The Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan - the holder of the legal acts provided by the Russian Federation according to the Thematic list of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to interstate exchange without the publication right.
III. To Article 4.

The parties expressed intention to hold regular consultations concerning rapprochement of the legislation in the field of information.
V. All matters of argument of the Party are resolved by negotiations.
VI. The this Protocol is integral part of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Turkmenistan about exchange of legal information of May 18, 1995 (г.Москва) and becomes effective along with the Agreement.
VII. It is made in Moscow on May 18, 1995 in two authentic copies, everyone in the Russian and Turkmen languages.
