1.1. The Russian side transfers to the possession to the Republic of Tajikistan for placement of Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan the following buildings in Moscow located at the addresses:
- Skatertny Pereulok, 19, with a total area of 359 sq.m;
- Granatny Pereulok, 13, with a total area of 983 sq.m.
1.2. Parcels of land, with a total area of 1588 sq.m, including: on Skatertny Pereulok, 19 - 288 sq.m and to Granatny Pereulok, 13 - 1300 sq.m on which the buildings specified in Item 1.1 of this agreement are located are provided to the Republic of Tajikistan in lease for 49 years with the rent in the amount of 1 ruble a year.
1.3. The exact location and borders of the parcels of land specified in Item 1.2 of this agreement are designated on the enclosed plans (Appendices 1 and 2).
2.1. The Tajik Side transfers to the possession of the Russian Federation for placement of Embassy of the Russian Federation incomplete construction of the building and construction in Dushanbe, at the address:
- Ulitsa Abu Ali Ibn Sino, 29/31, with a total area of 8000 sq.m.
2.2. The Tajik Side transfers to the possession of the Russian Federation for placement of consulate general of the Russian Federation the building and structures in Khujand, at the address:
- Ulitsa Syr-Darya, 21, total area of 906,3 of sq.m.
2.3. Parcels of land, total area of 32017,6 of sq.m, including: down the street there is Abu Ali ibn Sino, 29/31 in Dushanbe - 28640 sq.m and down the street Cheese Darya, 21 in Khujand - 3377,6 of sq.m on which the buildings specified in Items 2.1 and 2.2 of this agreement are located, are provided to the Russian Federation in lease for a period of 49 years with the rent in the amount of 1 ruble a year.
2.4. The exact location and borders of the parcels of land specified in Item 2.3 of this agreement are designated on the enclosed plans (Appendices 3 and 4).
The buildings mentioned in Articles 1 and 2 of this agreement can be sold taking into account the privilege of the state of stay to their acquisition.
The parties on mutual basis according to the legislation of the states will provide non-paid legal registration of the property right to buildings and the rights of lease of the parcels of land mentioned in Articles 1 and 2 of this agreement and will make simultaneous exchange of documents.

Payment for use of utilities, phones, teletype communication, radio sets, repair and content of rooms in the buildings and constructions mentioned in Articles 1 and 2 of this agreement is made according to the standard rates and rates operating in adoptive state for diplomatic representations and their employees.
The parties on the basis of reciprocity exempt the staff of diplomatic representations and consular establishments, and also members of their families from payment for the medical attendance performed by the relevant public budget medical institutions, except for prosthetic dentistry and nonconventional medical services.
This agreement becomes effective from the date of its signing and will affect within 49 years with automatic prolongation the subsequent same periods if any of the Parties does not notify in writing other Party at least in one year prior to the expiration of the next period on the intention to terminate this agreement.
