in view of the address of the Republic of Tajikistan about accession to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks of November 24, 1998,

considering aspiration of the Parties to creation of the single labor market,

wishing to promote further development and deepening of cooperation between the Parties in the fields of education, sciences and cultures,

aiming at setting standards of mutual recognition of education documents, academic degrees and ranks,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The Republic of Tajikistan joins the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks of November 24, 1998 (further - the Agreement), and assumes in full the rights following from it and obligations.

Article 2

The this Protocol is integral part of the Agreement.

Article 3

The parties will make to the Agreement necessary changes and additions in connection with accession to it of the Republic of Tajikistan which will be drawn up by the separate Protocol.

Article 4

Depositary of the this Protocol is the Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community.

Article 5

The this Protocol is temporarily applied from signature date and becomes effective from date of delivery on storage to depositary of the last written notice of accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for its entry into force.

The this Protocol affects the period of operation of the Agreement.

It is made in the city of Moscow on February 26, 2002 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy of the this Protocol is stored in Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community which will send to each Party its verified copy.
