Regulations on the commissions on cases and protection of the rights of minors

This Provision establishes the legal basis of the organization and activities of the commissions on cases and protection of the rights of minors (further - the commission).

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Main objective of the commission

The main objective of the commission consists in rendering educational impact on minors, protection of their rights and legitimate interests, control of their behavior, suppression of illegal acts, coordinating of activities state and municipalities of domicile, the companies, organizations and the organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership, in the specified questions.

Article 2. System of the commissions

the district (city) commissions - the local commissions;

Article 3. Organization and structure of the commissions

Article 5. Powers of the local commissions

Treat powers of the local commissions:

8) personal acceptance of minors, their parents or other legal representatives, consideration of their claims and statements, acquaintance with personal records;

9) involvement of the public to participation in case of education of minors and appointment of public tutors;

10) the appeal to relevant organs of the government, the companies, organizations and the organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership, in connection with education, employment or education of minors;
