About bonds of national property
The parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopts this law.
(1) Bon of national property is special personalized government security which is issued to the citizen of the Republic of Moldova and grants to it the right to acquisition of share of state-owned property and its use according to the current legislation.
(2) Bon of national property and coupons are printed on one leaf. On its face in frame the check of national property around which - coupons of different advantage is located. In the upper part of the check words are placed: Republic of Moldova, between which in medallion - the State Emblem. Below in horizontal brace words are printed: "The check of national property", under skobkoynomer of the check. On the right side from number under word line: "Quantity of shares", from left - the word: "Amount in figures". Below under lines it is written: "Sum in words"; "surname, name, the owner's middle name" (in the Romanian and Russian languages); "number, month, year of birth"; "signature of the head"; "item m"; "signature of the chief accountant"; "number, month and year of issue". On the face of each coupon number of the check of national property and quantity of the shares equal in general are specified to general working life. On the back the bond of national property is given summary of use of the check in the Romanian and Russian languages. On the back each coupon the locus sigilli (item m) is specified and under line it is written: "the signature of person, representative to separate from the coupon".
