In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 22, 2010 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" and the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. ZRU-272:

1. Approve updated:

Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to disabled people since the childhood and to the HIV-positive people who did not reach eighteen-year age according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to the aged, disabled citizens who do not have the length of service necessary for award of pension and also to mothers having (having) children with disability since the childhood according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring in the Cabinet of Ministers:

in a month - offers on changes and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens", the calculations of the sizes of national pensions providing implementation of procedure using individual coefficient of earnings;

in two-month time - the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the corresponding regulatory legal acts determining accurate criteria of establishment of disability and extent of loss of professional working capacity;

in three-months time - the draft of the government decision according to the unified procedure for appointment and payment of national pensions, applications of pension privileges and to other questions connected with provision of pensions of citizens.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 08.09.2011 No. 252

4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to disabled people since the childhood and to the HIV-positive people who did not reach eighteen-year age

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for appointment and payment of monthly allowances to disabled people since the childhood 16 years, to handicapped children aged up to 16 years and to the HIV-positive people who did not reach eighteen-year age are more senior (further - benefit).

The benefit is provided to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
