Mombekov, the Chairman of the Supreme court of the Russian Federation V. M. Lebedev, the Vice-chairman of the Supreme court of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.R.Rakhmanov took part took place.

Heads of the Supreme Courts of state members of SCO following the results of the taken place Meeting, declared the following:
1) the Basis for effective cooperation are reliance principles, are mutually advantageous, equality, respect of variety of cultures, common development between the Supreme Courts of the state members of SCO "fixed" in the Charter of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
2) Permanent interaction between the Supreme Courts of state members of SCO promotes preserving and cooperation increase on wide range of the questions directed to strengthening of the world, safety of stability in the region and development of the relations between state members of SCO, and also justice implementation enhancement, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
3) Following the results of the taken place Meeting heads of the Supreme Courts of state members of SCO recognize need of further development of tender equality and legal mechanisms of fight against tortures according to the domestic legislation and the international documents the ratified state members of SCO.
4) Chairmen of the Supreme Courts of state members of SCO note importance of exchange of information about regulatory legal acts in the field of tender equality and legal mechanisms of fight against tortures, about court practice and explanations of the Supreme Courts for the called categories.
5) Experience exchange concerning enhancement of judicial systems and forming of the judicial case, advanced training of judges and other judicial workers is necessary part of mutual cooperation of the Supreme Courts of state members of SCO.
6) Participants of the meeting suggest to practice the organization of mutual visits, holding joint scientific and practical conferences, seminars, to develop contacts between judicial authorities, to carry out the training programs for the purpose of advanced training of judges to other judicial workers.
