About approval of form of the Act of implementation of action for the state energy supervision (control) and introduction of amendments to the Order of Mintoplivenergo of 24.12.2004 No. 817

According to articles 5 and 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 15.09.2010 No. 1850-r "About ensuring implementation of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of 17.09.2020 No. 600

2. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of holding actions of the state energy supervision of subjects of power industry, subjects of the relations in the field of heat supply and consumers of electrical energy and to registration of their results approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of 24.12.2004 No. 817, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.01.2005 for No. 71/10351 (with changes) (further - the Instruction), such changes:

2.1. In the first offer of paragraph one of subitem 4.2.5.1 of Item 4.2.5 of the Section IV of the word and figure "introductory part of the Act (appendix 6 to this Instruction) is also drawn up" to exclude.

2.2. In Item 5.1 of the Section V of the word "draws up the Statement" shall be replaced with words "depending on risk degree from implementation of economic activity of the subject of housekeeping and the purposes of action draws up the relevant Statement which form affirms Mintoplivenergo.".

2.3. To exclude appendix 6 to the Instruction.
