About approval of the All-legal qualifier of the legislation
The parliament adopts this law.
Art. 1. - Approve the All-legal qualifier of the legislation attached to this law and which is its integral part.
Art. 2. - The all-legal qualifier of the legislation determines the general scheme of systematization of legal acts by industries.
Art. 3. - The legal acts adopted, published or approved by Parliament, the President of the Republic of Moldova, the Government, the Constitutional court, National Bank, the ministries, departments, other bodies of the central public management are subject to systematization based on the specified qualifier.
Art. 4. - For the purpose of realization of provisions of this law:
a) To the Ministry of Justice in three-months time:
- develop and submit to the Government for approval the project of the Regulations on the organization of activities for accounting and systematization of legal acts;
- constitute card-index of accounting and systematization of the legislation based on the qualifier and to assign codes for all legal acts;
- together with the Ministry of Communications and Informatics at the request of the interested bodies to give them organizational and practical help in systematization of the legislation based on the qualifier and introduction of the processed information in computer systems;
b) Provide to the Ministry of Finance financing of the expenses connected with implementation of the All-legal qualifier of the legislation.
Art. 5. - (1) Along with the direction for publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova the bodies and organizations specified in Article 3, send the legal acts accepted, published or approved by them to the Agency of legal information resources for their registration in the State register of legal acts of the Republic of Moldova. Texts of the legal acts sent to the Agency shall be identical to texts of the legal acts directed for publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) part Provisions (1) extend also to the international legal acts.
Art. 6. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication.
