About procedure for indexation of the amount of the payments provided by part 9 of article 323 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation"

According to part 9 of article 323 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the coefficients established by the Government of the Russian Federation for indexation of the amount of monthly insurance payment on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases are applied to indexation of the sizes of the monthly allowance paid to minor dependents of the died official of customs authority, and benefit in difference amount between the size of monthly monetary pay on the last replaced position in customs authority and the size of the granted pension paid to the official of customs authority in connection with obtaining by it of the bodily harm excluding for it opportunity further to be engaged in office activities.

2. Financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Federal Customs Service in the federal budget on social security.
