Approve the Procedure for the provision by the private partner to the state partner of information on agreement performance concluded within public-private partnership which is applied.

Procedure for the provision by the private partner to the state partner of information on agreement performance concluded within public-private partnership

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of the provision by the private partner to the state partner of information on agreement performance concluded within public-private partnership (the agreement is farther).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About public-private partnership".

3. Information on agreement performance is:

The report on agreement performance on form which is applied (it is provided in duplicate, signed by the private partner).

4. The private partner provides to the state partner in electronic and written form information on agreement performance:

in quarter - to the 15th day of the second month which comes behind the last day of reporting quarter;

in year - till March 10 of year which comes behind reporting.

5. The state partner provides Ministry of Economics in electronic and written form information on agreement performance:

in quarter - to the 30th day of the second month which comes behind the last day of reporting quarter;

in year - till March 20 of year which comes behind reporting.

6. The Ministry of Economics carries out monitoring, generalizes and will promulgate results of implementation of public-private partnership.
