About exemption of customs duties for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods when importing to the territory of the Russian Federation of catch of water biological resources and the fish products made from them
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. According to Item 27 of part 1 of article 47 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" to determine that customs duties for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods are not levied concerning the catch of the water biological resources got (caught) in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation the Russian courts imported on the territory of the Russian Federation and the fish products made from these water biological resources in the Russian courts in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
