1. Approve the Procedure for financing of insurers for provision to insured persons of material security by fund of social insurance on temporary disability which is applied.

2. To executive directorates of departments of Fund to bring this resolution to permission of district, interdistrict, city executive directorates of departments of Fund and insurers.

3. Authorize vice chairmen of the board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability of Ukrainian S. Ya. and Tretyakov of Yu. sign this resolution.

4. this resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Procedure for financing of insurers for provision to insured persons of material security by fund of social insurance on temporary disability

1. This Procedure determines financing terms Social Insurance Fund by temporary disability (dalshefond) of insurers for provision of material security by them, the stipulated in Article 34 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" (the Law is farther), by types:

the help with temporary disability (including care of the sick child);

help with pregnancy and childbirth;

the help on burial (except burial of pensioners, unemployed and persons who died of labor accident).

2. Financing of insurers-employers for provision of material security to hired employees is performed by district, interdistrict, city executive directorates of departments of Fund (further - working bodies of Fund).

The basis for financing of insurers-employers by working bodies of Fund is the statement calculation which is drawn up on the established sample which contains information on the amounts of material security added to insured persons on their types (Appendix).

3. In case of insured event with insured person based on the filed documents, the stipulated in Article 51 Law, the commission (representative) for social insurance of the company taking into account requirements of the Regulations on the commission (representative) of the company, organization, organization for obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial of the board of Fund approved by the resolution of N 25, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.07.2008 N 636/15327, makes of 23.06.2008 the decision on purpose of material security to insured person.

4. Based on the decision of the commission (representative) for social insurance of the company on purpose of material security the insurer-employer charges the amounts of material security and draws up the statement calculation.

Figures according to the figures determined in the line "Disability Reason" of the leaf of disability approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability, Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of 03.11.2004 of N 532/274/136-oc/1406, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.11.2004 for N 1454/10053 are brought in the column 5 "Disability Reason" of reverse side statements calculations.

5. For receipt of fund for payment of the material security to insured persons added by the insurer, the insurer addresses to working body of Fund for the place of accounting in body of Fund or for the place of accounting specified in the State register of obligatory national social insurance (for registered after 01:01. 2011) (further - the place of accounting), with the statement calculation signed by the head and the chief accountant certified by seal of the company.

6. The statement calculation prepares in duplicate, one of which together with the provided documents insured by persons based on which the material security is appointed is stored at the insurer, and the second moves to working body of Fund.

7. When processing the statement calculation working bodies of Fund check the correctness of filling of details, availability of data on the insurer in the State register of obligatory national social insurance this about payment of single fee by it on obligatory national social insurance.

8. Working bodies of Fund perform financings of insurers within ten working days after receipt of the statement calculation.

9. After receipt of the amount of the funds specified in the statement calculation for the account of insurer, the last shall perform payment of the corresponding material security in the terms determined in article 52 of the Law.

10. If the amount of the insurance means received by the insurer from Fund exceeds actual expenses on provision of material security, unused insurance means return to working body of Fund which performed financing, within three working days.
