1. Approve Rules of placement of weapon, its components and components, ammunition when implementing the activities connected with office and civil weapon and ammunition to it by collecting and exhibiting of weapon and ammunition (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of April 20, 2005 No. 120 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2003 No. 250" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 71, 8/12500);

the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2007 No. 331 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2003 No. 250" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 16, 8/17790);

Rules of placement of weapon, its components and components, ammunition when implementing the activities connected with office and civil weapon and ammunition to it, collecting and exhibiting of weapon and ammunition

1. These rules establish requirements to conditions of placement of weapon, its components and components, ammunition when implementing the activities connected with office and civil weapon and ammunition to it, collecting and exhibiting of weapon and ammunition (further, unless otherwise specified, – weapon and ammunition), legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (further – legal entities) and physical persons according to the legislation regulating traffic in weapons and ammunition in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Weapon and ammunition shall be placed legal entities and physical persons when implementing the activities connected with office and civil weapon and ammunition to it, collecting and exhibiting of weapon and ammunition in metal safes, cases, pyramids and boxes which thickness of walls shall be at least 3 mm, with reliable (at least two) internal locks, specially equipped rooms established in, in the discharged condition, with the pulled trigger delivered on safety lock, net and greased. Placement of weapon in the heavy safes having one internal lock is allowed.

3. Ammunition to weapon, components and components of weapon shall be deployed by legal entities in metal box, separate of weapon (case, the safe).

4. Structural elements of rooms of legal entities in which weapon and ammunition are deployed (further – rooms for placement of weapon) shall conform to the following requirements:

walls, partitions, ceiling and floor – the capital, executed from brick or stone with laying thickness at least 380 mm, either concrete wall blocks at least 200 mm thick, or concrete blocks in two layers, each at least 90 mm thick, or steel concrete panels at least 180 mm thick (the structure elements which are not meeting the specified requirements are closed by steel lattice);

doorways are equipped:

outside – the continuous steel door (hatch) at least 3 mm thick strengthened on perimeter and diagonal by steel profile at least 3 mm thick and at least 50 mm wide. In earlier built buildings availability of the wooden door boxes strengthened by steel angle-pieces of 30 x 40 mm in size, at the least 5 mm thick, attached to wall at least than 10 probes from reinforcing steel with a diameter of 10-12 mm and at least 120-150 mm long is allowed;

window openings from the inside or between frames are equipped with steel lattices which ends of rods shall be deepened in walls on 80 mm at least and are cemented;

in the rooms located on the first floor, window openings in addition are equipped with the metal sun blind at least 3 mm thick or wooden sun blind upholstered from two parties with galvanized roofing steel, or burglar retardant rolleta, blinds or the displaced lattices which are locked on locks. Sun blind shall have devices for sealing (sealing). The windows opened for airing shall be equipped with the small metal gauze;

at ventilating windows or hatches (in case of their availability), openings in the walls intended for engineering networks steel lattices from rods with cells no more than 50 x 50 mm excluding possibility of penetration through them are established;

the lattices established for strengthening of walls (partitions) in doorways (inside trellised doors), window openings, ventilating windows or hatches (in case of their availability), openings in the walls intended for engineering networks are carried out from steel rods with a diameter at least 16 mm which cook in each cross hairs, forming cells no more than 150 x 150 mm or no more than 150 quarter of cm in case of production of figured cells, become stronger on perimeter steel angle-pieces of 30 x 40 mm in size, at least 5 mm thick.
