About approval of the list of subjects of space activities which are exempted from payment of the land tax for the parcels of land of production appointment till January 1, 2033
According to Item 1 of subsection 6 of the Section XX of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of subjects of space activities which are exempted from payment of the land tax for the parcels of land of production appointment till January 1, 2033, according to appendix.
2. Provide to the state space agency control of compliance of the subjects of space activities included in the list approved by this resolution, provision of the Tax code of Ukraine with submission in case of need of offers concerning entering into the list of corresponding changes.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2009 No. 1389 "Question of realization of Item 26 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment for the earth" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 101, the Art. 3522).
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
