Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of creation, forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) which are applied is determined.

Criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of creation, forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) is determined

1. Criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of creation, forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation is estimated are:

importance of objects and products for defense, economies and safety of the state, for ensuring life activity of the population;

possibility on object of emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature;

availability on object of considerable cultural and historical values.

2. According to the established criteria subjects of housekeeping irrespective of pattern of ownership treat one of three risk degrees - high, average and insignificant.

3. Subjects concern subjects of housekeeping with high risk:

which are contractors of the state defense order;

which establishes mobilization task;

which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state.

4. Subjects, in property concern subjects of housekeeping with average risk degree, ownership or use of which are:

the objects of the companies entered in the State register of potentially dangerous objects;

the objects which are subject to permanent and obligatory servicing by the state rescue services;

objects of life support systems of the population and transport communications.

5. Subjects, in property concern subjects of housekeeping with insignificant risk degree, ownership or use of which there are objects of cultural heritage.

6. Scheduled inspections of subjects of housekeeping are carried out:

with high risk - is not more often than once a year;

with average risk degree - is not more often than once in three years;

with insignificant risk degree - is not more often than once in five years.
