2. To provide to chiefs of regional customs authorities (further - the MOUTH) the direction in Management of risks and operating control (УРиОК) and Head department of the organization of customs clearance and customs control (ГУОТОиТК) no later than the 10th following for reporting, the analytical report with results of customs control with use of IDK.

To chiefs УРиОК and ГУОТОиТК to provide within one month from the date of entry into force of this order development of standard report form to the MOUTH.

3. To chiefs the MOUTH and customs within a month from the date of signing of this Order to provide modification of regulations on departments, job descriptions (regulations) of officials of customs authorities, to function and which obligations change according to the Instruction.

4. To the chief of the Yu.A Kaliningrad regional customs. Provide Kochnova:

a) application of provisions of the Instruction when carrying out by subordinate officials of customs control of goods and vehicles with use of IDK;

b) the direction in УРиОК and ГУОТОиТК no later than the 10th following for reporting, the analytical report with results of customs control with use of IDK on the standard report form to the MOUTH provided by the paragraph the second Item 2 of this order.
