Procedure for issue, exchange, recovery, accounting and storage of registration certificates of the petition for provision of the status of the refugee

I. General provisions

1. The procedure for issue, exchange, recovery, accounting and storage of registration certificates of the petition for provision of the status of the refugee is developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees", the Regulations on work with refugees approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 4, 2003 No. 188.

5. Forms of certificates are documents of the strict reporting.

6. Responsibility for acceptance and expenditure of forms of certificates is assigned to the responsible of authorized division or territorial authorities of the ministry.

7. The certificate is granted based on registration of the petition by authorized division of the ministry or its territorial authorities in register of persons petitioning for provision of the status of the refugee in the Kyrgyz Republic and fillings of the registration accounting card.

8. For execution of the certificate person also represents:

- the passport or replacing, in case of its absence, the related document proving the identity of person;

- in the absence of the identity document of person, the document explaining the reasons of its absence, or explanation about its absence;

- documents of the family members who are together with it (the passport, the certificate of birth);

- the marriage certficate if is married;
