About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks

According to Articles 18, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine RESHILA:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks which are applied.

2. Charge to Department of licensing and radio frequencies to submit together with Legal management the decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to department of ensuring activities after state registration promulgation of the decision on the NKRS website and in official byulletn of NKRS.

4. The decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks

I. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications", "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", "About television and broadcasting".

1.2. These Licensed conditions contain exhaustive list of the organizational, qualification, production and other special requirements obligatory for accomplishment by subjects of housekeeping when implementing the activities in the field of telecommunications which are subject to licensing.

1.3. These Licensed conditions extend to all subjects of housekeeping who perform activities or intend to perform activities for provision of services for maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks (further - provision of services on maintenance and operation of networks).

1.4. Subjects of housekeeping which perform activities or intend to perform activities in the field of telecommunications, shall fulfill requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications", "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", "About television and broadcasting", "About consumer protection", "About metrology and metrological activities", "About confirmation of conformity", "About protection of the economic competition", other regulatory legal acts and regulating documents (standards, technical requirements to networks and so forth) in the field of telecommunications and in the field of use of radio-frequency resource.

1.5. Subjects of housekeeping perform activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of networks only in the presence of licenses.

1.6. Subjects of housekeeping can obtain licenses for provision of services on maintenance and operation:

networks of radio telecasting (the license is granted on the declared regions);

networks of radio broadcasting (the license is granted on the declared regions);
