About approval of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on collection and use of information constituting credit history

According to Articles 6, 8 and 9 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", Articles 15, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories" State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine POSTANOVILA:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on collection and use of information constituting credit history which are applied.

2. To department of registration, licensing and allowing procedures, together with legal support division to provide submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To provide to department of public relations and protocol placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the First Deputy Chairman according to distribution of obligations.

Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on collection and use of information constituting credit history

I. General provisions

1. These Licensed conditions 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories", Articles 6, of 8, 9 Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" are drafted according to Articles 15,.

2. These Licensed conditions determine the list of the organizational, production, qualification and other requirements obligatory for accomplishment when carrying out economic activity by collection and use of information constituting credit history.

3. In these Licensed conditions terms are used in the following value:

the applicant - the legal entity whose exclusive activities is collection and use of information constituting credit history which addressed in the procedure established by the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and "About the organization of forming and the appeal of credit stories" to bodies of licensing for receipt of the license for carrying out economic activity on collection and use of information constituting credit history;

the licensee - Bureau of credit histories (further - Bureau) which obtained the license for carrying out economic activity on collection and use of information constituting credit history according to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories".

Other terms which are used in these Licensed conditions are used in the values determined by the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories".

4. These Licensed conditions establish the requirements obligatory for accomplishment during all effective period of the license.

5. In case of availability at the subject of managing of branches, other separate divisions which will carry out economic activity on collection and use of information constituting credit history, management of carrying out these activities by them the subject of managing performs, including provides their compliance to these Licensed conditions.

II. Organizational requirements

1. For receipt of the license the applicant personally or through the body authorized by it or person addresses to the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of the markets of financial services with the statement for licensing (appendix 1). Are enclosed to the application for licensing:

a) the printing page from the website of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs with information on the applicant, vised by his head (moves the applicant at will);

b) the certificate of bank of payment confirmation of the authorized capital in the amount of which is provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories";

c) The provision of Bureau approved by executive body of Bureau.

2. The provision of Bureau shall contain rules:

b) provision of credit reports;
