About approval of the Standard agreement about opening of the account in securities on behalf of the state

According to articles 3 and 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Laws of Ukraine "About National depositary system and features of electronic security circulation in Ukraine", "About management of objects of state-owned property" and for the purpose of providing the mechanism of interaction of subjects of management of objects of state-owned property in the form of securities with the keeper of securities in the course of capture on accounting, storages and servicing of securities which are objects of state-owned property, State commission on securities and the stock market RESHILA:

1. Approve the Tipovy agreement on opening of the account in securities from name the state which is attached.

2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 23.06.99 N 128 "About approval of the Standard agreement about opening of the account in securities of privatization authority", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.07.99 for N 493/3786.

3. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of the security market (O. Tarasenko) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To management on ensuring activities of the Commission chairman, the organization of work of commission sessions and international backgrounds (N. Piskun) to provide publication of this decision according to the legislation.

5. This decision becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. Control over the implementation of the decision to assign to the member of the commission O. Petrashko.
