Approve the enclosed Regulations on maintaining the register of the public and municipal contracts, and also civil agreements of budgetary institutions on deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering services and about requirements to technological, program, linguistic, legal and organizational means of ensuring of use of the official site on the Internet on which the specified register is placed.

2. Financial bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation (municipalities) till April 1, 2011 provide voluntary conveyance on the official website on the Internet on which the register of the public and municipal contracts, and also civil agreements of budgetary institutions on deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering services (further - the register of contracts), data on the contracts existing as of January 1, 2011 received from the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies authorized till January 1, 2011 on maintaining according to registers of the public contracts signed on behalf of subjects of the Russian Federation, and the municipal contracts signed on behalf of municipalities is posted.
