About structure and formats of electronic copies of customs declarations

The commission of the Customs union solved:

1. Approve with the term of entry into force since January 1, 2011:

structures and formats of electronic copies of the declaration on goods and the transit declaration, adjustment of the declaration on goods (appendix No. 1);

structures and formats of the electronic copy of the transit declaration as which the book of MDP with the transport (transportation) and business documents attached to it for application in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix No. 2) is used.

2. Apply in the Republic of Belarus as structure and formats of the electronic copy of the transit declaration as which the book of MDP with the transport (transportation) and business documents attached to it, structure and formats of the electronic copy of the declaration on goods and the transit declaration is used.

3. Establish transition period till July 1, 2011 for application of structures and formats of electronic copies of customs declarations in case of declaration of goods. During transition period application of structures and formats of electronic copies of the customs declarations established by the national legal system of state members of the Customs union is allowed. During transition period observance in full of the customs legislation of the Customs union and packet of solutions of KTS determining forms of customs papers, procedure for their filling and qualifiers of normative reference information shall be provided.

4. Charge to the Secretariat of the Commission of the Customs union to prepare in coordination with customs authorities of state members of the Customs union the draft decision of the Commission of custom union about procedure for maintaining and updating of the approved structures and formats of electronic copies of customs declarations.
