About rates of export customs duties
For the purpose of agreement performance about payment procedure and transfers of export customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action) when exporting from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Customs union of crude oil and the separate types of goods developed from oil of December 9, 2010 I decide:
1. Rates of export customs duties concerning the crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, according to appendix, exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus since January 1, 2011 out of limits of customs area of the Customs union, and since January 1, 2015 – out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, are established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of, equal to the rates applied in the Russian Federation and become effective in the same terms, as the rates established by the corresponding regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
1-1. When placing under customs procedure of export the export customs duties on the crude oil coming from the Republic of Belarus are paid at the choice of the payer in US dollars or euro in the amount determined taking into account the official rate of Belarusian ruble established by National Bank on the date of registration of the customs declaration by customs authority in relation to the corresponding foreign currency or in Belarusian rubles.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2011, except for Item 2 and this Item which become effective from the date of signing of this Decree.
