About form of the customs declaration on the vehicle and Instructions about procedure for its filling
The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Approve form of the customs declaration on the vehicle and the Instruction about procedure for filling of the customs declaration on the vehicle (further respectively - the Form and the Instruction) (are applied).
In case of temporary export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the automotive vehicle of international delivery registered in state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, the customs declaration on the vehicle at the request of person making customs transactions can move in the document form about state registration and national identity of the vehicle of international delivery issued according to the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the certificate). When importing to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the automotive vehicle of international delivery registered in state member of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of completion of its temporary export submission of the customs declaration on the vehicle in the form of the certificate provided in case of customs declaring of such temporary export is allowed.
The customs declaration on the vehicle in case of its giving in the form of the certificate is submitted in customs authority in 1 copy. At the same time its giving is followed by submission of the passport or other identity document of the person making customs transactions, established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Determine that the Form and the Instruction become effective since January 1, 2011. Till January 1, 2011 document forms and the procedure for their filling established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purposes of temporary import and temporary export of vehicles of international delivery are applied.
