1. Determine that:

1.1. the alcoholic beverages poured in consumer pack by the reservoir specified in Item 34 of the Regulations on procedure for production and realization of excise stamps for marking of the alcoholic beverages made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, marking of alcoholic beverages by them, accounting, storage, destruction of these brands, the control of their use approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618 "About some questions of turnover of alcoholic beverages" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 110, 5/27587), from the date of entry into force of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 till December 31, 2010 are marked No. 618 according to Item 34 of the called Provision. At the same time the alcoholic beverages poured in consumer pack by reservoir:

Liter 0,38, are marked by excise stamps nominal from 0,26 to 0,38 of liter or nominal from 0,38 to liter 0,51;

Liter 0,51, - excise stamps nominal from 0,38 to 0,51 of liter or nominal from 0,51 to liter 0,75;

Liter 0,75, - excise stamps nominal from 0,51 to 0,75 of liter or nominal from 0,75 to 1 liter;

1 liter, - excise stamps nominal from 0,75 to 1 liter or nominal from 1 liter and more;

1.2. sale, storage, movement of the alcoholic beverages made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and marked by excise stamps according to subitem 1.1 of this Item are performed before realization of these drinks.

2. Item 34 of the Regulations on procedure for production and realization of excise stamps for marking of the alcoholic beverages made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, marking of alcoholic beverages by them, accounting, storage, destruction of these brands, the control of their use approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618 "About some questions of turnover of alcoholic beverages" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 110, 5/27587), to state in the following edition:

"34. Depending on type of alcoholic beverages and reservoir of consumer pack in which they are poured the following excise stamps are applied to marking of alcoholic beverages:

without specifying of nominal (format 65 x 16 mm), applied on consumer pack with reservoir to liter 0,25 inclusive;

nominal to liter 0,25 (formats 90 x 16 mm, 160 x 16 mm, 160 x 20 mm and 110 x 17 mm) applied on consumer pack with reservoir to liter 0,25 inclusive;

nominal from 0, to liter 0,38 (formats 90 x 16 mm, 160 x 16 mm, 160 x 20 mm and 110 x 17 mm) applied on consumer pack with reservoir from 0,251 to liter 0,379 inclusive;

nominal from 0, to liter 0,51 (formats 90 x 16 mm, 160 x 16 mm, 160 x 20 mm and 110 x 17 mm) applied on consumer pack with reservoir from 0,38 to liter 0,509 inclusive;

nominal from 0, to liter 0,75 (formats 90 x 16 mm, 160 x 16 mm, 160 x 20 mm and 110 x 17 mm) applied on consumer pack with reservoir from 0,51 to liter 0,749 inclusive;

nominal from 0,75 to 1 liter (formats 90 x 16 mm, 160 x 16 mm, 160 x 20 mm and 110 x 17 mm) applied on consumer pack with reservoir from 0,75 to liter 0,999 inclusive;

nominal from 1 liter and more (formats 90 x 16 mm, 160 x 16 mm, 160 x 20 mm and 110 x 17 mm), applied on consumer pack with reservoir 1 liter inclusive and more.".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance and extends the action to the relations which arose since May 14, 2008, except for Item 2, which becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
