of November 26, 2010 No. 268

About approval of regulations on specialized teaching and educational agencies

(as amended on 07-07-2020)

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prevention of neglect and offenses among minors" and for the purpose of further enhancement of activities of the specialized Cabinet of Ministers teaching and educational agencies decides:

1. Approve provisions:

about specialized school for the children needing special conditions of keeping, education and education according to appendix No. 1;

about specialized professional college for the children needing special conditions of keeping, education and education according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the ministry of national education, Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

provide systematic control of activities of specialized teaching and educational agencies, render them every possible assistance in implementation of the tasks assigned to them;

together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure regulations of providing with food, clothes, footwear, other objects of ware allowance and soft stock of pupils of specialized teaching and educational agencies in a month;

in two-month time to bring activities of the operating specialized teaching and educational agencies into accord with requirements of the provisions approved by this resolution;

in a month to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.

Regulations on specialized school for the children needing special conditions of keeping, education and education

I. General provisions

1. This Provision according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education", "About guarantees of the rights of the child", "About prevention of neglect and offenses among minors" determines procedure for the organization of activities of specialized school for the children needing special conditions of keeping, education and education (further - specialized school).

2. The specialized school in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this Provision, other normative legal acts, and also the charter.

3. The specialized school is the specialized teaching and educational agency performing training, professional training and social and pedagogical rehabilitation of the children needing special conditions of keeping, education and education.

4. The main objectives of specialized school are:

education comprehensively developed, physically and spiritually healthy personality, forming at children of diligence, sense of patriotism, responsibility, independence and aspiration to self-improvement;

implementation of measures, the children providing psychological, medical and social resettlement promoting their intellectual, emotional and physical development according to age psychophysiological tendencies, capabilities, interests, requirements of protection of life and health of children;

creation of conditions for receipt of general secondary education by children on the basis of the state educational standards;

implementation of measures for program implementation and the techniques directed to forming of law-abiding behavior of pupils, assistance in their social protection and versatile development.
