2. Recognize invalid:

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions connected with procedure for inclusion in the name of legal entities in case of their state registration of the name of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 29, 1998 No. 574;

Regulations on procedure for inclusion in the name of legal entities, branches (representations) of the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. This Provision determines procedure for inclusion in the name of legal entities, branches (representations) in case of their state registration (re-registration) official complete the Kyrgyz Republic or reduced - Kyrgyzstan names of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic is used in the name of public authorities according to regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic about their creation.

4. Non-profit organizations, except for the religious organizations, can include in the name the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic if the organization unites or is created by the physical and (or) legal entities living (located) in the territory of more than a half of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Use of the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic is allowed in the name of the commercial organizations in cases if:

- the state company is created by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the size of contribution to the authorized capital of economic partnership or society of the physical and (or) legal entity, including foreign, constitutes at least fifty thousand settlement indicators.

6. The legal entities created in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by foreign physical and (or) legal entities, and also branches (representations) of the foreign legal entities having the right to use in the name the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic for location symbol.

7. Legal entities, branches (representations) which name contains the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic reserve right to use of such name in case of the state re-registration.
