Insurance rates on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases are determined as a percentage to benefits amounts and other remunerations which are added for benefit of insured according to employment contracts and civil agreements and join in base for charge of insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases according to the Federal Law of July 24, 1998 N 125-FZ "About compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
