About provision of the Declaration on currency values, the income and property
The National Bank of Ukraine and the Main state tax authorities of Ukraine establish the following sequence of provision by subjects of business activity of the Declaration on currency values, the income and property registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 11, 1996 for N 18/1043 and receipt of the certificate of carrying out declaring of the established form by them.
1. The declaration on currency values, the income and property in triplicate is registered in authorized bank, at the same time the third copy of the declaration remains in authorized bank for accounting and control.
2. The declaration on currency values, the income and property in duplicate goes the state tax authorities in the location of the subject of business activity.
The state tax authorities accept one copy for the accounting and control, and on the second the stamp and the signature of the chief of Currency inspection of the relevant tax authorities is appended.
3. The declaration with stamp of tax authorities and the signature of the chief of Currency inspection goes the subject of business activity to the relevant regional department of the National Bank of Ukraine.
4. When obtaining by regional department NBU of the specified Declaration the certificate of carrying out declaring which is signed by the head of the regional office of the NBU and is certified by seal is issued to them.
5. The subject of business activity submits the specified reference to tax authorities to which the Declaration, for signing by her chief of the state tax authorities and assurance seal was submitted previously.
6. After signing and assurance by seal in regional department NBU and the state tax authorities the reference is the basis for acceptance in customs clearance of export-import freights, carrying out banking activities with currency values by authorized banks of Ukraine, and also implementation of other types of foreign economic activity.
