About establishment of Rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine
According to article 11 of the Air code of Ukraine and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" I ORDER:
1. Approve Rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To provide to the state company of servicing of air traffic of Ukraine publication of Rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine in the collection of aeronautical information (AIP) of Ukraine.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to state avia of administration provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 24.07.2008 No. 926 "About establishment of Rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.08.2008 for No. 707/15398.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the head of Public aviation administration of Kolisnyk A. A.
