1.1. Approve the "Information on the Phytosanitary Certificates Issued by Authorized Bodies of State Members of Custom Union in the field of Quarantine of Plants" form (further - the Form) it (is applied);

1.2. To authorized bodies of the Parties:

1.2.1. till September 1, 2010 to exchange e-mail addresses of territorial administrations (regional inspections);

1.2.2. since September 15, 2010 to provide uninterrupted exchange of information according to the Form.

2. For the purpose of realization of Item 3.3 of the Protocol of the third meeting of Group of high level on enhancement of control and supervising and allowing functions in the field of providing quarantine of plants within the Customs union of May 26, 2010 to finish the Actions plan of preliminary stage on transition to cancellation in the territory of the Customs union of issue of the phytosanitary certificate on the quarantine products made on customs area of the Customs union which is held for use on customs area of the Customs union it (is applied), for consideration at the regular meeting of the Commission of the Customs union.
