About application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures on single customs area of the Customs union within EurAsEC
The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Take into consideration information of the head of expert group on the "Special Protective, Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures" direction A. I. Dyachenko on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures on single customs area of the Customs union.
2. In pursuance of Mezhgossovet's Decision of EurAsEC (The Supreme body of the Customs union) at the level of heads of governments of May 21, 2010 N 37 to charge for transition period conducting investigations to authorized bodies of the Parties regarding accomplishment of procedural actions for consideration of the applications, the beginning, carrying out and completion of investigations according to provisions of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008.
3. Determine the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation authorized bodies of state members of the Customs union regarding accomplishment of the procedural actions specified in Item 2 of this Decision.
4. To committee on questions of regulation of foreign trade (further - Committee) together with single negotiation delegation of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on accession to the WTO (further - single negotiation delegation) to organize work on questions of transition to special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures on single customs area of the Customs union and to provide consideration of the draft documents prepared by the expert group specified in Item 1 of this Decision on special committee meeting.
5. Single negotiation delegation to hold consultations with the third countries concerning transition to special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures on single customs area of the Customs union.
6. To committee to complete approval of the draft documents providing transition to special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures on single customs area of the Customs union till October 1, 2010.
7. Report on committee on commission session of the Customs union on work results.
