1. II. Terms and determinations

the certificate holder of signing key - authorized physical person addressed to which the certification center issues the signature key certificate and which owns the corresponding private key of the electronic digital signature allowing by the electronic digital signature to create the electronic digital signature in electronic documents (to sign electronic documents in the Unified State Automated Information System);

means of the electronic digital signature (further - means of the EDS) the equipment rooms and (or) software providing realization at least to one of the following functions - creation of the electronic digital signature in the electronic document with use of private key of the electronic digital signature, confirmation with use of public key of the electronic digital signature of authenticity of the electronic digital signature in the electronic document, creation of the closed and public keys of electronic digital signatures;

the signature key certificate - the paper document or the electronic document with the electronic digital signature of the authorized person of certification center including public key of the electronic digital signature and which are issued by certification center to the participant of information system for confirmation of authenticity of the electronic digital signature and identification of the certificate holder of signing key;

private key of the EDS - the unique string known to the certificate holder of signing key and intended for creation in electronic documents of the electronic digital signature with use of means of cryptographic information protection;

public key of the EDS - the unique string corresponding to private key of the electronic digital signature available to any user of information system and intended for confirmation with use of means of cryptographic information protection of authenticity of the electronic digital signature in the electronic document;

Certification center - the legal entity performing the functions provided by the Federal Law of January 10, 2002 N 1-FZ "About the electronic digital signature".
