Regulations on procedure for calculation and transfer of the expenses connected with inclusion in insurance years of service of not insurance periods

I. General provisions

1. The insurance years of service join not insurance periods in which till January 1, 1999 the following types of activity were performed:

a) care of the disabled person of the I group, of the handicapped child aged up to 16 years or for aged, reached age of 75 years;

b) training at full-time departments of higher educational institutions;

c) military service or other service equated to it.

2. The expenses connected with inclusion in insurance years of service of the periods specified in Item of 1 this provision are compensated from means of the government budget through the government budget of social insurance.
