1. Establish cases of implementation of labor activity by the foreign citizen or stateless person, temporarily staying (living) in the Russian Federation, outside subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the work permit is issued to them (temporary residence is authorized) according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of September 17, 2007 N 607 "About establishment of lists of professions (positions) and works, in case of which accomplishment the foreign citizen or the stateless person which are temporarily staying (living) in the Russian Federation in the cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation, having the right to perform labor activity outside subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the work permit is issued to them (temporary residence is authorized)" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 7, 2007 N 10655);
