The commission of the Customs union solved:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the register of the organizations and persons performing production, conversion and (or) storage of the controlled goods moved from the territory of one state member of the Customs union on the territory of other state member of the Customs union it (is applied);

1.6. the changes in Regulations on the Single procedure of veterinary control on customs border of the Customs union and customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 N 317 (are applied).

2. Support the proposal of the working group on the Veterinary Measures direction on feasibility of development of the Parties by authorized bodies in scope of veterinary measures together with the Secretariat of the Commission of the Customs union (further - the Secretariat) the temporary automated technology of information exchange of data on the issued permissions concerning the goods included in the Single inventory, which are subject to veterinary control (supervision) approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 N 317 (further - the Single inventory), having provided at the same time transfer of the relevant data to check points on customs border of the Customs union, and also accounting of data at these check points and destinations on customs area of the Customs union.

3. Take into consideration the statement of the Russian side for provision to the Belarusian Side of right to use by the Information system "Argusfish" (IS "Argusfish") on a grant basis.

4. To provide to the Russian side with involvement of experts of the Belarusian Side till October 1, 2010 completion of IS "Argusfish" according to technical requirements of the Belarusian Side regarding registration of permissions to import/export/transit and accounting of passing of controlled goods at check points on customs border of the Customs union and in destinations on customs area of the Customs union.

5. To provide to the Kazakhstan Side till October 1, 2010 completion of national system in the field of veterinary control (supervision) regarding information transfer in Items of omissions on frontier and accounting of data in destination on customs area of the Customs union.

6. To authorized bodies of the Parties in scope of veterinary measures together with the Secretariat for the purpose of ensuring maintaining the registers specified in Item 1:

6.1. till October 1, 2010 to develop the temporary automated technology of information exchange about the issued import permits, export, transit of the goods included in the Single inventory, and about accounting of the specified goods;
