1. Determine that:

if the monthly size of retirement benefits (taking into account allowances, increases, additional pensions, the target monetary assistance, the amounts of indexation and other surcharges to pensions established by the legislation except pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine) does not reach at persons with disability owing to war of the I group - 15347 hryvnias, the II groups - 12396 hryvnias, III groups - 8500 hryvnias, combatants and injured participants of Revolution of Advantage have 4958 hryvnias, to combatants and injured participants of Revolution of Advantage the monthly government address assistance to pension in the amount which is not enough to the specified sizes is paid to such persons with disability owing to war;

the monthly government address assistance to pension provided by the paragraph the second this Item II and III groups of number of combatants during World War II and to combatants during World War II which performed 85 years and more is paid to persons with disability owing to war in the amount of, established for persons with disability owing to war of the I group.

Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2009 No. 1308 "About establishment of the monthly government address assistance to pension (grant) to disabled veterans and combatants" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 94, Art. 3217; 2010, No. 33, Art. 1185).
