1) to Approve the Register of works for which the assay payment (assay collection) and the Procedure for approbation and branding of products is levied from precious metals (are applied).

To Declare 2) invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 31, 2003 No. 145 "About approval of the Procedure for approbation and branding of products from precious metals and the Temporary list of works for which the assay payment (assay collection) is levied".

1. In items 2 - 4 weight counting on one product is specified. The assay payment is levied from the lump of products together with stones without rounding of weight. 2. In case of acceptance of products from unknown alloy the assay payment is levied for products: yellow color - as for gold products; white color - as for silver products; gray color - as for platinum products.

3. In case of approbation and branding of products which details are made of various alloys of gold, silver, platinum or palladium the assay payment is levied in double amount of the payment established for that metal on which the main assay brand is imposed.

4. Completion date:

a) assay transactions - no more than 10 working days;

b) umpire analyses - within 20 days;

c) chemical and homological examination;

- in limits up to 10 days on materials with small amount of the objects which are not requiring difficult researches;

- within 20 days on materials with large number of the objects requiring difficult researches;

5. If the product shown by the citizen is tested, and has no possibility of branding, the assay payment is levied in the amount of 75 percent from specified in the corresponding Item (Section).

6. In case of branding of products the combined tool (assay brand and mark) the assay payment increases by 50 percent.

7. For drawing on mark jewel the electrospark method at the request of the organization manufacturer or the individual entrepreneur levies payment in the amount of 2 somoni for print.

8. In case of presentation of products for branding in individual packaging or with the attached labels, work with which is connected by additional costs of time, the assay payment increases by 50 percent.

10. In case of approbation of products from unknown alloy for the museums of the state the assay payment is levied as for testing of precious metals (the Section 2).

11. In case of approbation of products for the museums of the Republic which details are made of various alloys (gold, silver, platinum or palladium). The assay payment is determined by summing of cost of approbation of each metal.

12. According to Section 5 of this Register of work on determination of precious and other jewelry stones of work on determination of precious and other jewelry stones and their synthetic analogs, and also on approbation of products are carried out only with net stones and products.
