Rules of establishment of maximum permissible retail prices on separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity

1. These rules determine procedure for establishment of maximum permissible retail prices on separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity (further - marginal retail prices).

2. Marginal retail prices on the separate types of socially important food products of prime necessity (further - food products) realized in the territory of the certain subject of the Russian Federation or the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation can be established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the term of no more than 90 calendar days if within 60 calendar days in a row in the territory of the certain subject of the Russian Federation or the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation growth of retail prices on food products constitutes 10 and more percent with exception of seasonal factor.

3. Preparation of offers on marginal establishment of retail prices on food products is performed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by results of the operational analysis of condition of retail prices on food products and taking into account influence of seasonal factor on price performance.

The evaluation procedure of influence of seasonal factor on price performance on food products is established by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

4. By results of the carried-out analysis the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation introduces in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation approved with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation about marginal establishment of retail prices on the food products realized in the territory of the certain subject of the Russian Federation or in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation with indication of names of food products, the marginal extent of retail prices on such goods and terms for which marginal retail prices are entered.
