For the purpose of implementation of the Patent law of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About trademarks, service marks and names of places of goods origin", "About legal protection of selection achievements" and according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration of the contract on concession of the security document for object of industrial property, selection achievement, the license agreement about provision of the right to their use, contracts for use of traditional knowledge, pledge agreements of exclusive right on object of industrial property and the agreement on technology transfer.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

I. General provisions

1. These rules of registration of the contract on concession of the security document for object of industrial property, selection achievement, the license agreement about provision of the right to their use, contracts for use of traditional knowledge, pledge agreements of exclusive right on object of industrial property and the agreement on technology transfer (further - Rules) are developed according to the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Patent law of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About trademarks, service marks and names of places of goods origin", "About legal protection of selection achievements", "About protection of traditional knowledge".

According to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic the contract on concession of the security document for object of industrial property, selection achievement and the license agreement on provision of the right to its use, the contract for use of traditional knowledge, the pledge agreement of exclusive right on object of industrial property registered in the State register of inventions, the State register of useful models, the State register of industrial designs, the State register of trademarks and service marks, the State register of trade names, the State register of traditional knowledge and the State register of selection achievements is subject to registration in authorized state body in the field of intellectual property (further - Kyrgyzpatent).

The agreement on technology transfer can be registered by agreement of the parties in Kyrgyzpatenta.

These rules are applied also in case of registration of the sublicense agreement.

Agreement	-	The contract (the transfer act) on concession of the security document for object of industrial property, selection achievement, the license agreement on provision of the right to their use, the contract for use of traditional knowledge, the pledge agreement of exclusive right on object of industrial property
Agreement on technology transfer	-	Contract on concession of the right and license agreement for use of technology
Sublicense agreement	-	Provision by the licensee of the rights to use object of industrial property, selection achievement, traditional knowledge and technology to the third parties
Licensor	-	Owner of the rights to object of industrial property, selection achievement, traditional knowledge, technology
