3. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs entering into Central Bank of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship which are staying in the Republic of Belarus, information on the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are temporarily staying, temporarily this accounting and who are constantly living in the Republic of Belarus.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 21, 2010.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for maintaining Central Bank of the foreign citizens and stateless persons this accounting (further - Central Bank of data).

2. Central Bank of data represents information and technical system which basis is constituted by the data containing in the automated information system "Nationality and Migration", intended for introduction, storage and use of information on the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are temporarily staying, temporarily and constantly living in the Republic of Belarus, and also serving in the Republic of Belarus sentence in the form of arrest, imprisonments for certain term, lifelong imprisonment, data on the bases of legal stay and the modes of stay in the Republic of Belarus of the specified foreign citizens and stateless persons, about the place of their temporary stay, temporary or permanent residence, serving of the corresponding punishment.

3. For the purpose of maintaining Central Bank of the data Ministry of Internal Affairs:

3.1. provides functioning of Central Bank of data and protection of information containing in it;

3.2. determines classification system of information entered in Central Bank of data;

3.3. establishes samples of electronic documents for maintaining Central Bank of data;

3.4. exercises control of maintaining Central Bank of data;

3.5. provides storage of electronic copies of Central Bank of data.

4. For the purposes of this provision the information security containing in Central Bank of data is understood as the activities directed to prevention of unauthorized intervention in process of maintaining Central Bank of data, including attempts of illegal information access, containing in it, its blockings, copying, provision, distribution, misstatement, destruction, and also other wrongful acts concerning this information.

Chapter 2. Information containing in databank

5. The databank contains the following information on the foreigner:

5.1. surname, own name, middle name (in the presence) in Russian;

5.2. surname, own name in Latin transliteration (in the presence);

5.3. number, month, year of birth;

5.4. birthplace;

5.5. floor;

5.6. nationality (citizenship);

5.7. No. 382 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29.06.2020

5.8. the identity document (the name of the document, series, number, date of issue, effective period, the name of the body which issued the document);

5.9. identification number (in the presence);

refusal in issue of permission to temporary residence;

cancellation of permission to temporary residence;

5.15. permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus (daleepostoyanny accommodation):

issue of permission to permanent residence;

refusal in issue of permission to permanent residence;

cancellation of permission to permanent residence;

5.16. the invitation for temporary entry into the Republic of Belarus:

issue of the invitation and number of the form of the invitation;

refusal in issue of the invitation;

cancellation of the invitation;

surname, own name, middle name (in the presence) the inviting person, the place of his residence;

5.17. issue of visa, effective period and number of visa brand;

5.18. the address of the place of temporary stay, temporary or permanent residence (including data on registration at the place of residence and the place of stay);

5.19. date of departure from the Republic of Belarus;

5.20. date, number (in the presence) and the body which made the decisions specified in subitems 5.13-5.17 of this Item;

5.21. departure in the Republic of Belarus punishments:

the court which pronounced sentence;

date of sentence;

beginning of term of punishment;

termination of term of punishment;

name of correctional facility;

date of arrival;

date of the translation;

change of term of punishment;

date of release.

6. Entering into Central Bank of data of information is performed by divisions on nationality and migration of law-enforcement bodies (further - divisions on nationality and migration) no later than two working days from the date of its receipt in division on nationality and migration if other is not provided in part two of this Item.
