According to Article 180 and article 355 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union
The commission of the Customs union solved:
1. Approve form of the passenger customs declaration and procedure for filling of the passenger customs declaration (are applied).
2. This decision becomes effective from the effective date the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) of November 27, 2009 N17.
3. Determine that till January 1, 2011 in case of customs declaration of goods for private use use of forms of the declarations established by the legislation of state member of the Customs union before entry into force of the Agreement specified in Item 2 of this Decision is allowed.
