About rates of customs duties of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed rates of export customs duties on separate types of goods of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2-1. To Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan monthly to the 20th to inform Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the participants of foreign economic activity planning to perform export of the crude oil extracted under contracts for subsurface use with indication of details of contracts and amounts of the exported raw materials (by under contracts).
2-2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform monitoring of the prices in the world markets of oil raw materials (further - monitoring of the prices) and to the 10th, following month under report, to represent to the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan data on average market price of crude oil by results of monitoring of the prices, according to appendix 2-1 to this resolution.
2-3. To the ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan quarterly, within a month, following reporting quarter:
1) to perfrom calculation of rates of export customs duties on the goods developed from oil based on the data on average market price of crude oil represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
To develop 2) in case of need the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about change of the size of rates of export customs duties on the goods developed from oil.
3. Determine that change and approval of customs duties are made depending on performance indicators of foreign trade, world market conjuncture and according to the international agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Requests for review of rates of customs duties go to the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the established forms according to appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in two weeks to notify the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on the measures of regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective after thirty calendar days after the first official publication.
