About introduction of temporary ban on export of gasoline motor, kerosene and gasoils

According to Item 2 of Article 8 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2003 and for the purpose of stabilization of the domestic market of oil products the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Prohibit till November 1, 2010 years export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of gasoline motor (the FEACN CU code 2710 11 310 02710 11 700 0), kerosene (the FEACN CU code 2710 19 210 0 - 2710 19 250 0) and gasoils (the FEACN CU code 271019 410 0 - 271019 4900), except oven fuel household.
2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for accomplishment of Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on introduction of export ban by the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of gasoline motor, kerosene and gasoils according to Item 1 of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
