1. Since April 1, 2010 to establish rates for heat energy and hot water for final consumers of JSC Bishkekteploset, structural divisions of JSC Elektricheskiye stantsii and for the population receiving heat energy from boiler KP of Bishkekteploenergo, GP "Kyrgyzzhilkommunsoyuz", and also from boiler other companies according to appendix 1.
2. Since April 1, 2010 to establish rates for maintenance of intra house systems for all consumers receiving heat energy and hot water from JSC Bishkekteploset, structural divisions of JSC Elektricheskiye stantsii, boiler KP of Bishkekteploenergo, GP "Kyrgyzzhilkommunsoyuz" and also from boiler other companies according to appendix 2.
3. To the heatsupplying organizations to apply rates for maintenance to all consumers (state-financed organizations, drugstores, shops, bureau on currency exchange and other commercial structures, and also all other consumers) located in the reorientated apartments and other rooms of houses of housing stock.
