About the minimum consumer budget

The minimum consumer budgets are determined in general by the territory of the state and its regions taking into account climatic, national and other peculiarities of consumption of material benefits and services by the population. on social and demographic groups (men and women of working-age, pensioners, students and pupils, children on certain age groupes, etc.).
